Seniors Week – Dance for PD (free classes)

Brisbane and Gold Coast

Dance for Parkinson's Disease (Dance for PD) is a highly successful program that helps participants re-connect with their power and grace in classes that focus on fitness, fun and creativity.

As part of Senior Week 2016, experience a class first-hand as a participant or observer for free.

These dance classes are appropriate for anyone with PD, no matter how advanced. No dance experience is required. In chairs, supported, or standing, you will explore elements of dance in a stimulating, enjoyable, non-pressured, social environment.

These Community Classes are open to partners, family members, carers and community members and will be taught by Dance for Parkinson’s Australia Program Coordinator-Erica Rose Jeffrey.
