Ausdance QLD works and dances on the unceded lands of the Yuggera and Turrbal Peoples. Dance is a living, breathing expression of First Nations Culture, inseparable from Country, language, and spirit. Through dance, stories are carried, identities are shared, and Culture continues.

We commit to walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples in our work, learning, and service to dance, arts, and culture in Queensland. We extend our respect to the Traditional Owners of the lands across Queensland, including the lands from where you are joining us.

Ausdance QLD promotes and protects the safety of children. We do this because we believe all children have the right to experience dance in a safe and inclusive environment. We have zero tolerance for child abuse. All children in our care have the right to feel safe from harm, respected and valued.
