ADC is looking for its new General Manager

For over 38 years, ADC (formerly Expressions Dance Company) has been a significant cultural resource for artists, dancers, students, teachers and audiences throughout Queensland, while regularly touring Australia and the world. ADC seeks to build on these foundations to grow the company, becoming more financially diverse and sustainable as we continue to contribute to the contemporary dance landscape.

The General Manager role is an integral part of the Company’s overall strategic, operational and commercial leadership. Working in close partnership with the Artistic Director, your work will augment and support the creative vibrancy of the company and guide the sustainability of organisation.

We seek an exceptional and suitably experienced person to lead our commercial team, enhancing our business acumen, financial management and audience development while modelling a growth mindset to ADC's diverse team of talent.

For this key role, you will possess experience in company or business management, a drive to achieve outstanding results and share a passion for the arts, especially live performance.
