Dancenorth is looking for a MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER TO JOIN their dynamic team in Townsville. 

Reporting to the Dancenorth Executive Director, the Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies in order to promote Dancenorth’s vision locally, nationally and internationally. This includes the design and implementation of all aspects of the marketing department, including liaison and management of external contractors (media, design, print etc).

The Marketing and Communications Manager’s role is to involve, retain and build Dancenorth’s audiences, participants and supporters. This position is part of the management team at Dancenorth and will play an important role in helping to drive the Company’s direction.

The Marketing and Communications Manager role requires a proactive creative problem-solver with highly developed communications skills, who is a collaborative and positive contributor to the Dancenorth team culture.
